W.R. Hearst State Beach

Not to be confused with Hearst Castle, this is a lovely strip along the coastal highway through the private Hearst Ranch. State park ownership has recently been greatly expanded now to connect Cambria with the south end of the Big Sur coast near Ragged Point.
