MacKerricher State Park extends continuously from Pudding Creek on the north edge of Fort Bragg to the Ten Mile River. The southern part consists of a long coastal terrace with low cliffs, tidepools, and pocket beaches. North of there coastal sand dunes back Ten Mile Beach, and include the scattered community of Cleone.
