Boiler Bay, between Lincoln City and Depoe Bay

In 1910 the steamer J. Marhoffer wrecked, burned, and exploded in the cove seen here. The rusty remains of the ship's boiler can still be seen at low tide, hence the name. The broad grassy headland is an excellent place for whale and storm watching.
