360° VR Panoramas of Northern and Central Nevada
Reno and Sparks
Washoe County, Nevada

Reno - the "Biggest Little City in the World" is like a smaller, less brash, and much more pedestrian-friendly version of Las Vegas. Casinos and hotels (with world-class bowling facilities) are clustered along Virginia Street. The Truckee River, an urban park with whitewater kayaking, is just a few short blocks south, and the University of Nevada campus a few block north. The railroad has now been put below grade level, as has Interstate 80.

Sparks, a few miles to the east, is notable for John Ascuaga's Nugget, which extends right under the interstate highway, with the casino on one side and hotel tower on the other.
