Rocky Point at Notley's Landing
Near Palo Colorado on the Big Sur coast, California

Notley's Landing was an old "dog hole" port where redwood, tanbark, and lime were loaded onto sailing ships tossing in the swell.

Now it is known for the Rocky Point Restaurant, featuring a famous view south along a coastal terrace to where the highway climbs to cross Rocky Creek.
