Sunset and Manresa State Beaches
Near Watsonville, California

Sunset Beach State Park on Monterey Bay is one of my favorites. It is a simple park, a series of campgrounds sheltered behind the crest of the high sandy bluff, and a long beach with parking.

Nearby Manresa Beach has a walk-in-only campground and beach access with limited parking.
