360° VR Panoramas of Mount Shasta and the Klamath-Trinity Mountains
Yreka
Siskiyou County, California

Yreka is the county seat of vast Siskiyou County, and the last town going north on Interstate 5 before the Oregon border. North of town both Interstate 5 and old highway 99 (now 263) descend dramatically to the Klamath River.

Its picturesque downtown dates from a nineteenth centry gold rush, but the economy now revolves around hunting, fishing, and traffic on the highway.
